C. B. Eller Elementary is located in the foothills of North Carolina just outside the city limits of Elkin. It is a part of the Wilkes County School System. The student body consists of approximately 360 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grades.

Learning With Technology

Wilkes County School System understands strong leadership is the key to preparing students to be 21st Century learners.  Our leadership supports teachers and staff in becoming 21st Century educators through quality professional development.  Technologically adept administrators and teachers challenge students to become self-motivated, high performing, and globally aware citizens. 

CB Eller teachers and students have access to SmartBoards and laptop computers in all classrooms and some special area classes. We need one more SmartBoard and one more laptop to have all of our rooms equiped. We are now working toward putting air liners and document cameras in the hands of our teachers and students.

Congratulations!

Congratulations to the faculty, staff and administration at both West Wilkes Middle School and CB Eller Elementary School for their recent recognition by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction. Both schools are recognized for their work with Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS).

 The auction is a fundraiser for our Relay for Life team but we are targeting that our money raised  will go for cancer research in children since we are an elementary school.
